1. Attend to enquiry and complaint by our customer in a courteous and helpful manner.

  • Acknowledgement of receipt                      : within 24 hours
  • Response to enquiry/complaint                 : within 3 working days
  • Closure of complaint on our service          : within 2 months

2. Ensure that testing, inspection and certification services are provided efficiently.

  • Quotation for common services to be issued within 2 to 5 working days
  • Test report to be issued within the time frame stated in our quotation.
  • Licence/certificate to be renewed within 3 working days from resolution of outstanding issues.

3. Uphold confidentiality, impartiality and integrity in all our conducts.
