SIRIM Trusted Mark Scheme TikTok Challenge (“Contest”) is organised by SIRIM QAS International. (“Organiser”).
- The contest is open to all Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia aged 18 years old and above.
- The Contest Period is from 12 December to 31 December 2021 (“Contest Period”).
- The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in this Contest:
- Employees of the Organiser [including its subsidiaries] and their immediate family members [children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses]; and/or
- Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organiser [including its subsidiaries], and their immediate family members [children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses].
How to Participate
- Download TikTok app on Google Play Store / Apple App Store.
- Follow TikTok account @SIRIM_Berhad & SIRIM Trusted Mark Scheme (STMS) LazMall Flagship Store in Lazada App.
- Record the SIRIM Trusted Mark TikTok Challenge video and upload it on TikTok App.
- The video must show Panasonic / Xiaomi / Brother Malaysia products in the TikTok.
- Hashtag #adasirimbarubeli #STMS #Panasonicmalaysia / #Xiaomimalaysia / #Brothermalaysia and Tag @SIRIM_Berhad TikTok account.
- The video must follow the theme of the contest “Ada SIRIM baru beli”.
- Participants are required to set TikTok account from private to public for a valid contest entry.
- Submit your entry on the link: https://cutt.ly/STMStiktokchallenge or by scanning the QR code below.
- Entries will be judged based on the most creative entries as determined by the organiser panel of judges will be awarded the Grand Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, and Consolation Prizes.
- Judges’ decision is final. No enquiries, verbal or written, shall be entertained.
1. Eligible winner will receive:
• Grand Prize: RM 2,000.00
• 2nd Prize: RM 1,000.00
• 3rd Prize: RM 500.00
• Consolation Prizes: 3 x RM 200.00 each
The prize is not exchangeable, transferable nor redeemable in cash or any form for whatever reason.
- The winner will be announced on https://www.facebook.com/SIRIMQASInternational and https://www.instagram.com/sirimqas/ and agree to send a Private Message to SIRIM QAS with his/her contact details for prize redemption.
- Winners must ensure the details provided for prize redemption are ACCURATE. Any information found to be false/inaccurate/incomplete will result in disqualification.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 working days of being notified by SIRIM QAS, or if there is no response from the selected winner within 7 days upon being notified, the next best winner will be selected. SIRIM QAS shall not be held responsible for any losses (including loss of opportunity and any other losses flowing therefrom) and damages suffered in the event the winner cannot be contacted.
- Prize that is not claimed within one (1) month from the date of the notification of Contest results by the Organiser to the Contest winner shall be forfeited.
- By participating in this Campaign, participants consent to give their personal information and the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by the Organiser.
- The Organiser reserves the right to reject any entries that are incorrect, incomplete, suspicious or invalid. The Participant agrees not to knowingly damage or cause interruption to the Contest and/or prevent others from entering the Contest.
- By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by the official Terms and Conditions and decisions of the Organiser.
- Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage or claim resulting from participation in this campaign.
