We are pleased to inform you of an important update regarding the new SIRIM QAS International accreditation number awarded by DSM.
SIRIM QAS International will now use a single accreditation number for all schemes accredited by DSM. Consequently, we have updated the Rules on the Usage of SIRIM QAS International Certification Marks, which are provided as an attachment to this circular.
Implementation
This new SIRIM QAS International accreditation number can be used immediately starting from the date of this circular. If you wish to use SIRIM QAS International management system certification mark paired with DSM accreditation mark, the new combined marks shall be used as depicted in Annex 2. All certified clients shall replace the previous mark with the new mark no later than 31 December 2024. The official artwork of certification marks may be obtained from the respective SIRIM QAS International personnel or email to cserviceqas@sirim.my.
The certificate with the new mark will be issued to our certified client upon successful recertification audit or no later than 31 December 2024.
